Before Arctic Spas, hot tubs were not suitable for cold Canadian climates.

The extreme temperature change from winter to summer, and the bitter cold of winter was just too much for hot tubs to handle. They didn’t last and the cost to keep them hot was ridiculous.

I recommend Arctic Spas. This is a great business for Prince George and we love our Arctic Spa hot tub which we bought used and refurbished from them. The staff seem to genuinely care about their customers and I found the service was excellent. I was also impressed with their technical expertise when they were able to get my hot tub hooked up to the internet even though it was a 2011, which was before the era of wireless!

I just had Arctic Spas come to our house to source out a leak in our old tub. The service was excellent - found and repaired the leak right away. He even tested and balanced the chemicals for us before he left. When we will be looking to replace our Apollo tub in the spring, Arctic Spas in Prince George will definitely be our first stop with customer service like that. Thank you.

The service we received today was beyond excellent. We went in rather sheepish as we drained our tub but forgot to protect the probe. The manager that dealt with us in the store was super professional and helped get us setup as to what we needed. He was even so accommodating as to arrange Sam to make a house call. Sam did an exceptional job. He installed the probe and showed us how to do things right for the next time. Great business. Highly recommend

We got our hot tub 4 yrs ago and right from day one we had a problem hooking it up to our app. We kept calling the previous owners of Arctic Spa and the kept stalling with us, so I was sooo happy when the new owners came to town, within a few days they came out and set us up properly and made sure everything was working… best of all they didn’t charge us, I would have paid it anyways but was a nice surprise and now we have had no problems with our connection to the app Thank you Arctic Spa

I came to the store moments after it was closed for the day. I was just turning around when (I can't remember the fellows name) arrived back at the store and asked if we needed help. I just need some water sampling strips. He opened the store, helped me out with the strips, and offered some great guidance on how to interpret the strips information. We spoke about different filters, and how chemicals affect the hot tub. Very helpful, welcoming, informative, and went beyond my expectations. You have my business.
