We would highly recommend Arctic Spas for any and all servicing required for hot tubs. Very efficient and knowledgeable.

There are many different brands of hot tubs available in Prince George so what made me choose Arctic Spa over the others? They are CANADIAN made!! That was a must for me!! They have a salt water system - so much better than the old chlorine system I had way back in the day. The insulation - they are insulated like a house, exterior walls and roof (cabinet and cover) which allows easy access to all the components (pumps, heater, plumbing). The Forever Floor - not having to pour a cement slab was so great. Just a nice level spot and you are good to go. And no critters can get inside and make nests!!! And yes, some other brands have some of these features but not all. Then add in the awesome staff - Jody, Duane and George - they have been amazing to deal with. Duane provided me with so much information on the tubs - everything you want to know, he can provide that info. And he was great each time I came back with more questions or concerns - he answered every single one of them and allayed all my concerns. I wanted to be sure I was getting the right tub before I made my decision!! George delivered my tub and ensured it was set up exactly where and how I wanted it. He even went back to the store to get a new cover as there were marks on the first lid when it was unwrapped - without me even asking to have it replaced!! He took the time to ensure I understood how everything works. Jody, the owner, has also been great to deal with. I stopped into the store as I was having an issue with one of the diverters leaking water. Jody offered to come right out but I suggested he give me a replacement one to try first and when that didn’t work, both he and George came right out that same day to resolve it. They have been there for me in ensuring that I get the chemistry just right - providing all the tips and tricks to get it in line checking in with me almost daily to see how it is going. I highly recommend Arctic Spa PG - from the amazing product, the awesome service and the tubs with jets that hit all the right spots - you won’t be disappointed.

If anyone is in the market for buying a new hottub I cannot praise Arctic Spas PG enough! I bought our saltwater tub almost 2 years ago and although it has been pretty streamline to run (literally never have to check it or add anything) when I have had issues or questions they have been on it helping me fix the issue or sending out a tech to come check it within 24hrs. Absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you sooo much Jody and Duane!
